Family room on the first floor (double bed plus set of adult bunk beds). Ideal for those with children or wanting the weekend family room discount share options. Adjacent large bathroom/shower/wc.

Triple Room (double bed plus single bed) plus en suite facilities (shower and wc).

Single room on the first floor, has use of a large bathroom, shower and 2 x wc on the same floor.

Double en suite on the ground floor located at the quieter rear of the building. Has its own shower and wc.

Family en suite room (double bed plus set of adult bunk beds) on the ground floor with its own shower and wc.Ideal for families and group share at discount rates.

Single room on the top floor has use of the top floor bathroom and wc, or may alternatively use the shower and bathrooms on the first floor.

Double room at the quieter rear of the building on the top (2nd) floor with excellent views over the Town, the River Ouse and South Downs. It has its own shower and is also adjacent a bathroom and wc.
